This page explains what data Cozmic Audio collects, why, and how to exercise your rights.

Data controller

Data we collect

• Your email address and language, when you subscribe to the newsletter.
• The date and proof of your consent (ticked box, then email confirmation).
• Your IP address and technical data at sign-up, for the anti-spam check.

Why, and on what basis

• To send you the newsletter: releases, updates and news (one email a month at most): your consent (GDPR article 6.1.a), which you can withdraw at any time.
• To protect the site against automated sign-ups and abuse: our legitimate interest (GDPR article 6.1.f).

Who receives this data

• Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France): sending emails and managing the list. Data hosted in the European Union.
• Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting and protecting the site, including the Turnstile anti-spam check. Any transfer outside the European Union is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your data is never sold or rented.

How long

Until you unsubscribe. If you don't open or click any email for 3 years, your address is deleted. An unconfirmed sign-up is never added to the list.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete, restrict, object to or export your data. To unsubscribe, use the link in any email. For anything else, write to support@cozmicaudio.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. The anti-spam check may use technical data strictly necessary for security.
